Effective Date: July 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Repass Intelligence ("Repass Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our software and services, including any application that connects to Intuit QuickBooks or other Intuit products (the "Application").
When you authorize the Application to connect to your Intuit QuickBooks account, we retrieve data through Intuit's official APIs on a read-only basis. This may include business, financial, customer, and transaction information stored in your QuickBooks company file. We do not request or store your Intuit login credentials — authentication is handled entirely through Intuit's OAuth flow.
We also collect account information you provide directly (such as name, email, and company details) and standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs) when you use our web portal.
Data retrieved from QuickBooks is synchronized into our internal knowledge platform (built on LightRAG, using a knowledge graph and vector search) so that authorized users at your organization can ask questions and retrieve insights about your own business data. We do not use your QuickBooks data to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell your data to any third party.
Portions of your query text may be processed by third-party large language model providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) solely to generate answers to your questions; these providers act as data processors under their own enterprise/API terms and do not use submitted data to train their models under those terms.
Data is stored on infrastructure we operate and control, using industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and network isolation via private VPN (WireGuard). Authentication to our portal uses HTTPOnly session cookies and CSRF protection; we do not store session tokens in browser local storage.
We retain data synchronized from QuickBooks for as long as your organization maintains an active connection to the Application, or as otherwise agreed in your services agreement with us. You may request deletion of synchronized data by contacting us, and by disconnecting the Application from your Intuit account at any time through your QuickBooks or Repass Intelligence account settings.
The Application interoperates with Intuit's platform, which has its own privacy policy governing your Intuit account. We also rely on infrastructure and processing providers (such as cloud hosting and AI model providers) to deliver the Services; these providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are contractually restricted from using it for other purposes.
You may revoke the Application's access to your Intuit account at any time from within QuickBooks or your Intuit account settings. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via our contact page.
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Questions about this Privacy Policy can be directed to us via our contact page.
